We source all our vegetable ivory seeds, also known as 'Tagua', in tropical regions of Peru, from those who have found a sustainable way of life in harvesting and working with vegetable ivory. The seeds are harvested without causing damage to the rainforest or to local wildlife, sun-dried for two years, polished and then dyed to create these exquisite vibrant shades.
